After agreeing with Pitti Immagine Uomo and Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana that the show calendar should endeavor to avoid a scheduling conflict, the 2015 London Collections: Men will run from January 10-12. Existing commitments mean there will still be a one day overlap between London and Florence menswear dates, but this is still a much needed improvement for the press and buyers, who visit from over 37 countries.

We traveled to LC:M earlier this year, and were whisked from London to Florence in a private plane chartered by Pitti because the conflict was more serious, so this is good news (for everyone except those of us who enjoyed that plane ride!). In fact, looking through my pictures from that trip for something to illustrate this, I found the below from the Burberry show; bottom left are (the backs, ha) of Jim Moore and Madeline Weeks, also on the plane with me.

But I digress. Ahead of it’s fifth edition, LC:M has released its S/S15 schedule, which features new to show brands including Maharishi, Turnball & Asser, and NEWGEN MEN designers Craig Green and Alex Mullins, while DKNY MEN will host a presentation in London for the first time.

Burberry Prorsum, Alexander McQueen, Tom Ford, and Paul Smith are among the participants returning. has released its S/S15 schedule, For a full schedule list click here.
